We had our wedding 8/24/24 with many roadblocks along the way. We had to start from the ground up just less than two months before the wedding. I reached out looking for anyone who was able help us last minute, and Breanna from Simply Plated Catering was eager to make sure we had everything we needed for our special day-stress free. Breanna and Jeanna were so kind, quick to respond, patient, and were able to reassure me everything was going to be okay. We are so grateful to have found them, and feel truly blessed. It was the most beautiful wedding, and our guests gave so many compliments about the food. The Tri-tip was so tender and flavorful, multiple people went back for more! We would also like to give a shout out to Tara for being the best bartender ever! She had such a fun, friendly, and courteous demeanor. Truly all such good people, I would highly recommend!

One of the things everyone remembers about weddings is the food- was there enough? And was it good? (I’ve been to many weddings and definitely still talk about those that had food issues). Simply Plated crushed it on both the quantity and the quality for our wedding! Jeanna and Breanna were an absolute dream to work with! From our tasting to the day of, they were super responsive, answering all questions, helping us plan our menu, helping us make accommodations for dietary restrictions, working with our venue to provide licensing information for the bartender, and even being so kind as to adjust our count when a family emergency caused our numbers to shift one week before the wedding! They were incredibly kind and attentive, the servers and bartender were great, and they not only made a special arrangement of appetizers and a beautiful mini charcuterie board for our sweetheart table so we too could enjoy appetizers while we were doing photos but checked on us throughout the night to make sure we got enough and even boxed up all of the extra food into meals for us to enjoy later! They made it as stress free and enjoyable as possible and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We got the goat cheese bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, and charcuterie board for cocktail hour, chicken Marsala and tri-tip for entrees, and the s’mores bar for dessert. Our guests also raved about the food! Thank you Simply Plated!!!
